If you wish to proceed into ordering and are ready to get the process going, you can go ahead a book in your Online Consultation and skip the wait.

We will use the order form as a point of reference for what you are looking for and make it easier for us to understand where to start the design process.

The price for appointments cover your mould kit and shipping your kit to and from you. You will be given a price for your actual set once the conversation has been had and everything is 100% cemented and both parties are happy.

Please be aware that when booking an appointment, by the end of the consultation, a payment (minimum 50% Deposit) for the piece(s) is expected to be able to actually start your order.

We can only begin the job once we have received the deposit.

TAKING YOUR MOULD CORRECTLY

This stage may feel tricky and daunting, don't worry! It's easier than you think!
We've packed spare into the kit so you have enough material for a practise try.

Should you feel confident to give it a try, great!

Just be sure to send us an image via DM of the first attempt, so we can confirm you are actually doing it right. We don't want you wasting your money on more wasted attempts with the only materials you have, otherwise you may need to get a whole other kit.

Instead, if you aren't confident, just let us know and a member of the team will be more than happy to sit with you via Video Call to guide and instruct you throughout.

TIME TO START

Once we have received your mould kit (& at least 50% Deposit has been paid) we can get started on your piece(s).

Being an international client, your timeframe will be a little bit longer, only due to postage.

You are always welcome to give us a little message or call to find out how your piece is going, but a eta date will be given to you from the consultation stage as to when to expect your set to be ready.

Your new babies are all done and ready for you!

Once we have received your second half of the total balance, we can process and begin to ship out your new bad boys!

All shipping labels and instructions will be emailed to you.

HOW TO LOOK AFTER YO GRILLS PROPERLY

Once the grills are out of our hands, it doesn't mean we still can't give a hand. We have a whole page dedicated on what you need to do to look after them as best you can on your end.

If they still aren't shining the way you wish them too, get back in contact with us and we can direct you with what to do next.

We'll arrange the shipping details and give your set a proper clean and polish up so they return to you good as new.
